FAQ’S

How do I purchase tickets?

Details for purchasing tickets are included in the gig information on the ARRIVALS page.  We do not sell tickets from the venue until the doors open on the evening of the event you wish to attend.  If the event is sold out there will be no tickets available on the door.

Can I smoke at Fly by Night Musician Club?

NO. The Fly by Night Musicians' Club has been Western Australia’s premier smoke free venue for over 11 years.

Is the venue seated or standing?

The main room holds a capacity crowd of 500 people, and can be set up with any combination of tables and chairs, lounge chairs and dance floor space.  As we have so many different events at the Fly it is likely that the event you are attending is not fully seated. For most events seating is very limited as directed by the artist or promoter.  If you are a member of the Fly you can arrange reserved seating. For information on membership click here.

A wheelchair ramp is planned for construction by February 2008.  We have a mobile ramp available for access prior to then.

Can people under 18 attend shows?

If you are under 18 you can only attend a licensed event whilst accompanied with your parent or legal guardian.  We do have regular under 18’s shows so keep an eye on the ARRIVALS page for details.

What do I do in the event of a lost ticket?

Once tickets are purchased they are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to re-issue tickets regardless of method of purchase. Tickets should be treated like cash and are not replaceable.
